That's why we have established a simple and clear policy for exchanging and returning products. You can always return your product to Airsoft Bazaar free of charge within 30 days.
30 Days return policy
You have the right to dissolve the purchase agreement within 14 days after receiving your order without giving any reason. But Airsoft Bazaar likes to go the extra mile! We extend this period to 30 days, so you have plenty of time to think about your purchase, even after you have had the product in your hands.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must:
Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Be in the original packaging, if reasonably possible.
Include all accessories and documentation provided.
If not all conditions can be met, Airsoft Bazaar may charge costs up to 75% of the product's original price after inspection, depending on its condition. This will be deducted from any refundable amount.
Steps for Returning or Exchanging

Fill in the requested information;
Fill in the return form and register your return.
You will receive a free return label, attach it to the box.
Drop off your package at a local post office.
Once we have received and checked your return shipment, we will send you a confirmation by email.
Depending on your request, we will refund the purchase amount or send the replacement product.
Return Costs
Airsoft Bazaar covers the return costs in all cases.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return shipment, we will inform you by email about the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, the purchase amount, including any shipping costs, will be refunded to your account within 3-5 business days.
