At Airsoft Bazaar, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes you may want to return or exchange an item. That's why we have established a simple and clear policy for exchanging and returning products. You can always return your product to Airsoft Bazaar within 60 days.
60 Days return policy
You have the right to dissolve the purchase agreement within 14 days after receiving your order without giving any reason. But Airsoft Bazaar likes to go the extra mile! We extend this period to 60 days, so you have plenty of time to think about your purchase, even after you have had the product in your hands.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must:
Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Be in the original packaging, if reasonably possible.
Include all accessories and documentation provided.
If not all conditions can be met, Airsoft Bazaar may charge costs up to 75% of the product's original price after inspection, depending on its condition. This will be deducted from any refundable amount.
Steps for Returning or Exchanging
With Airsoft Bazaar, there's no need to call, email, app, or send letters to register a return. You can do this easily and quickly via you shop account. You can find your shopaccount here.

Request return.
We will check your return and send you a parcel label.
Return Costs
The return costs are set at €5 per return. After your return request has been reviewed, you will also receive a return label via email.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return shipment, we will inform you by email about the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, the purchase amount, including any shipping costs, will be refunded to your account within 3-5 business days.
