If you have been the victim of a scam, we recommend that you contact us as soon as possible so that we can take action against the scammer. Before taking any action, we investigate the scam. It is important that communication and purchase go through Airsoft Bazaar.

The definition under dutch criminal law (this may differ per country) boils down to the following: The person must have intentionally harmed you by throbbing money or property.

It is therefore important to know that a product can sometimes differ from the photo or description. When there is no intent involved, there is also no criminal fraud and therefore no report can be made for the police.

Was the money transferred, but the goods never showed up? Please contact us after 5 days. Try to contact the buyer within these 5 days.

Are you convinced you have been scammed? Report it to the police in the country where you live.

Additionally, did you not use buyers protection? Is the scammed bankaccount a Revolut bankaccount? Please contact Revolut ASAP. There is a possibility that Revolut can refund the funds to your account.
